Who is responsible for your information

Muhammad Nazish (also referred to as “I”, “me”, or “NazishAI”) is responsible for personal information handled through this website and direct consulting inquiries. I am based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact me at nazishdotai@gmail.com.

Information I may collect

• your name, email address, phone number, job title, and company;
• project requirements, budgets, timelines, proposals, contracts, and communications;
• billing, payment, and business-record information where an engagement begins;
• technical, account, access, or usage information required to deliver agreed client work; and
• basic device, IP address, request, and security log information processed by the website hosting provider.

This website currently has no user accounts, contact form, advertising pixels, or first-party analytics cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and any required consent controls will be added.

How information is collected

Information is collected when you contact me by email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or another channel; arrange a meeting; request a proposal; sign an agreement; pay an invoice; or provide material for an engagement.

Third-party platforms you choose to use also process information under their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before using their services.

Why information is used

Personal information may be used to:

• respond to inquiries and evaluate whether a project is a suitable fit;
• prepare proposals and contracts and manage client relationships;
• deliver, secure, support, and improve agreed services;
• manage invoices, payments, accounting, and required business records;
• protect legal rights, prevent misuse, and maintain system security; and
• comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Processing is based, as applicable, on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, or compliance with law.

Client and project data

Client project data is used only to evaluate, perform, secure, and support the relevant engagement. Clients must avoid sharing unnecessary personal data and must have a lawful basis and authority to provide any personal or confidential information.

Where I process personal data on a client’s behalf, the client remains responsible for its instructions and applicable notices. A separate NDA, data-processing agreement, security schedule, retention plan, or approved tool list can be agreed when appropriate.

Sharing and service providers

Information is not sold. It may be shared only where reasonably necessary with professional advisers, approved subcontractors, and providers of hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications, project management, source control, AI models, analytics, invoicing, banking, or payment services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a legitimate business restructuring. Providers receive only the access reasonably needed for their role.

International transfers

Some technology providers or client teams may operate outside the UAE. When personal information is transferred internationally, reasonable contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards will be used as required by applicable law and the engagement agreement.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, including access limitation, secure credentials, encryption where appropriate, and careful selection of service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the client relationship, dispute handling, security, backups, and legal, accounting, or tax obligations. Project retention and deletion requirements may be set in the client agreement.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Children

This website and the consulting services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children. Please do not provide children’s personal information through the website or ordinary contact channels.
